As a senior executive, you need to set the direction and influence others, at times without authority.

This course will enable participants to realize the importance of a business strategy rooted in a shared vision, and the critical role their leadership plays in managing change to ensure success, participants will also learn to appreciate the difference between leadership and management and develop the key skills they need to confidently lead their team to significant achievements.
