How do I register?

We have made the registration process very simple. All you need to do is to identify the training you want and then click on the course and completely follow through your registration after adding the course to the cart. How Do I Know Which Option to Choose From When I Want to Learn?

We created different options because of our new reality. You can choose to learn on your own pace through our online course, or you can choose the virtual option where you talk to your Facilitators live through a scheduled video call. 

If you have the time, you can decide to walk into any of our physical trainings and have the same training.

Whatever option you choose we will still deliver the same content to you.

Do I need to Login to Get Access to My Content?

The only group of people who needs to login to our platform to get access to their content are those who chose the online option. Since they’ve decided to study at their own pace, everything they need has been made available. So they can log in to the platform to access the content at their own pace.

For the virtual learning option, after we get your details and payment confirmation, we take off to schedule video calls for your classes.

Will certificates be awarded at the end of the course?

Yes, a certificate of completion will be awarded to participants upon course completion.

Do I have to pay every month till I complete the course?

No, payment for a course is a one-time payment and valid until course completion. The course enrolled must be completed within 60days afterward your registration expires.

Do the course expire?

If you do not earn your Course Certificate within 60 days, your registration will expire and you will need to pay to re-enroll for the course

Can I get a refund?

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with a course you ordered from us, you can contact us for a refund, stating the reasons for your dissatisfaction. You will receive 100 percent of your registration fee if you cancel your enrollment before the start of the course. To request a refund, submit a written request to seun.omoju@autusbridge.com. We’ll notify you via e-mail of the status of your refund once we’ve received and processed your request. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days.

What sort of certificate will I get?

You will get a downloadable digital certificate in PDF view. This verifiable certificate shows you have completed the course enrolled for. 

Do the courses expire?
