Description
Financial literacy is a crucial factor in determining the success of an entity and its impact cannot be overemphasized within the private and public-sector space.
This hands-on course is packaged to explore the basics and fundamentals of finance from the perspective of managers and individuals with finance deliverables and functions while laying emphasis on efficiency and effectiveness as the major endpoints of financial management. Participants will be engaged with learning resources, including but not limited to manuals, visuals, public and private sector related case studies, infographics, etc.
Training Objectives
This course will introduce participants to the different assumptions and theories involved in developing learning curriculums. They will be knowledgeable about the process and considerations for designing an effective curriculum for knowledge transfer. Participants will be able to prepare, analyze, and critique learning curriculums.
