Autusbridge Learning Academy – Service Terms and Conditions
When you register online for the Autusbridge e-Learning/virtual Course you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
Enrollment Fee. Full payment of the enrollment fee is due before the time of registration. You can pay by credit card, debit card, bank transfer. We will give you access to the course when full payment has been made; however, if you choose to pay by bank, your access will not be granted until your transfer has been cleared. The enrollment fee shall cover the course registration and participation, and all other Course content. We will accept payment from organizations or other third parties only if such an organization or a third party provides us with a valid Purchase Order containing acceptable payment terms and conditions; however, you are responsible for full payment before the commencement of the course. Any funds received on your behalf more than the full enrollment fee will be returned to you.
System Availability. Our e-Learning service system is generally available 24×7, but maybe down during times of maintenance required for optimum system performance. Autusbridge will make every effort to inform you of system downtime in advance, but, this is not always possible.
Refund Policy. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with a course you ordered from us, you can contact us for a refund, stating the reasons for your dissatisfaction. You will receive 100 percent of your registration fee if you cancel your enrollment before the start of the course. To request a refund, submit a written request to seun.omoju@autusbridge.com. We’ll notify you via e-mail of the status of your refund once we’ve received and processed your request. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days.
Course Cancellation. Autusbridge reserves the right to cancel a course (virtual or face-to-face only) due to insufficient enrollment. Such decisions will be made at least one week before the scheduled course date. Registrants will be notified via email; Autusbridge will make every effort to avoid cancellations. In case of a cancellation, you will have the choice of joining the next available course date or receiving a refund for the full course fee.
Course Transfer. In case you need to transfer your registration to another date or person, you can send your request to info@autusbridge.com. The option to transfer is valid for up to 5 days after you have access to the course. There is no extra cost to transfer your registration to another date or person, but you must complete a course within 6 months from the moment you registered for the course. If after six months you have not completed the course, your registration will be considered closed.
Copyright and Proprietary Property. All copyrights relating to any course materials provided or made available by us or any other party remain the sole property of the holder of the copyright. Therefore, no part of any course materials may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise, or translated into any language, without our prior written consent.
Data Protection. The nature of the Services provided by us means that we will obtain, use certain non-sensitive information about you. When you register with us you will need to provide certain Data such as your contact details and demographic information. We will store this Data and use it to contact you, provide you with details of the Services you have purchased and otherwise as required during the normal provision of the course.
We may also use the above Data and similar Data you provide us in response to surveys, to aggregate user profiles, and promotional activities. We will not pass any personal data onto anyone outside of Autusbridge Consulting Ltd.
To enable us to monitor and improve our Services, we gather certain aggregated information about you, including details of your operating system, browser version, domain name and IP address, the URL you came from and go to, and the parts of the Website you visit.
We use information such as your User ID, session identifiers, and password to enable us to identify whether you are using our services, assist with the provision of services, and to ensure that you have access to relevant products. We will only read cookies from your cookie file placed there through your web browser’s interaction with the Website.
Our products may link to third-party websites and we are not responsible for their data policies or procedures or their content.
